What the £25 covers

One hour, live, in a small room

The full hour

Sixty minutes from start to finish, including a guided settling at the beginning and quiet time to come back at the end.

Played live

White crystal singing bowls, hand-played Tibetan bowls, tingsha and chimes. Nothing is recorded and nothing comes out of a speaker.

A small room

Places are kept deliberately limited. You will not be lying shoulder to shoulder with forty other people.

You bring your own mat, blanket and cushion. There is nothing else to pay for.

On the day

Bring these five things

Mats are not provided. That is the one people forget.

  • A yoga mat. You lie on the floor for the hour. Mats are not provided.
  • A blanket or warm layers. Your body cools when you stop moving.
  • A cushion. For under your head or your knees.
  • A bottle of water. Most people are thirsty afterwards.
  • An eye mask, if you like one. Optional. The room is candlelit and already dim.

Wear whatever you would be comfortable lying still in for an hour. Soft layers beat a tight waistband. Your body cools down once you stop moving, so bring more warmth than you think you need.

Who a sound bath is not right for

  • Sessions are for ages 16 and over.
  • A sound bath is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.
  • Please get in touch before booking if you have sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or a health condition that may be affected by sound.

A sound bath supports rest and relaxation. It is not medical treatment and it is not a substitute for care from your GP.
